1 egg
Few grains salt
1 T sugar
¼ t vanilla
1 c cold milk
Dash of nutmeg
Beat egg, salt and sugar. Add vanilla and milk. Beat thoroughly. Poor into glass and sprinkle lightly with nutmeg.
