Facts about the situation: While looking for an unique item for a gift for a jewelry maker, I happened upon JewelledTrellis studio. Here I found 2 items that fit the criteria I was using in selecting a my gift.
Robyn kept in touch with me every step of the way from order reception to shipping. Shipping did involve some extra steps because my order was coming from another country. Taking a week to arrive is something I would honestly rate as reasonable and acceptable.
