6 Bananas
2 T sugar
2 t lemon juice
1 c plain yoghurt
1 c (250 ml) cream
3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
chopped nuts
Peel and mash the bananas. Mix in sugar and lemon juice.
Add the yoghurt and cream and blend well.
Fold in egg whites and spoon into individual dishes.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
