We wish to all the fathers out there a very happy day.
Father should have recognition
On this day, his day of days;
Though he asks no fuss or favors,
He deserves our words of praise.
We should pause and pay him tribute,
As his day once more draws near,
For so often we neglect him
In the days throughout the year.
He's content to see his loved ones
Have the things they want and need,
But for his own wants and fancies,
You will seldom hear him plead.
He's the one who seldom whimpers
Wen things do not go his way,
But today he shoud be honored
For today is Father's Day.
