Oranges with Cream

4 large oranges
½ cup orange juice
1¼ cups cream, whipped

Grate the rind of one orange and mix into the orange juice. Peel the oranges removing all the pith. Slice the oranges crosswise. Place oranges in a shallow serving dish. Sprinkle with orange juice and sugar to taste. Add a little sugar to the whipped cream and spoon over oranges slices. Chill.

Serves 4
